Responsibilities:
Conduct bag checking and customer/staff searches as per company security policies.
Ensure a respectful, polite, and privacy-aware approach during all searches.
Monitor store entry and exit points to prevent theft and unauthorized activities.
Coordinate with the Loss Prevention team on any suspicious activity.
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Intermediate.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
